Consultant-grade care at
transparent rates

Our fees reflect consultant-level expertise and the time we genuinely invest in each patient. Initial consultations are longer than you will find at most private practices — because a thorough assessment at the outset saves time, uncertainty, and cost further down the line.

A note on insurance

We are not currently registered with insurance providers. We provide receipts and clinical summaries that many patients submit for partial reimbursement — but please check with your insurer before booking. We are unable to guarantee any level of reimbursement.

Practical information

🖥️
Online Consultations
Most consultations take place via secure video call. You will receive a link by email. All you need is a quiet, private space and a device with a camera.
📍
In-Person (London)
In-person appointments are available in London on selected clinic days. The address and transport information are provided on confirmation of booking.
📋
What to Prepare
For your initial consultation it helps to have your current medication list, how long you have been taking each, any relevant previous psychiatric letters, and a sense of what you hope to achieve.
💳
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking by card. Invoices and receipts are provided. We do not operate a subscription or bundle model — you pay per session, as needed.
📅
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the full fee. Genuine emergencies are considered individually.
📄
Clinical Notes
You will receive a clinical summary after each consultation. With your consent, we can write to your GP. Notes are kept securely in line with ICO and CQC standards.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we are most often asked before a first booking.

Do I need a GP referral to book?
No. You can self-refer directly. We do recommend informing your GP that you are seeking a private psychiatric consultation, but this is not a requirement.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies. A second opinion may require one or two consultations. A structured deprescribing programme typically involves an initial assessment, taper plan, and then regular follow-ups over several months. We will always give you a clear picture after your initial assessment.
Is this a crisis service?
No. If you are in acute crisis please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or attend your nearest A&E. We are not able to provide emergency support.
Can you write to my GP on my behalf?
Yes. With your consent we can write a clinical letter to your GP following any consultation. This is particularly useful when seeking shared care for prescriptions.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes, where clinically appropriate. We are licensed to prescribe psychiatric medication privately. We do not prescribe controlled drugs remotely without an in-person assessment.
Can I be seen in person outside London?
In-person appointments are currently London only. Patients from anywhere in the UK can be seen via video. We are exploring additional locations as the clinic grows.
